Melanie and I went down to Lawrence this past weekend for the KU Championship Parade and we HAD A BlAST!!! It was so amazing to see all of the players and coaches that led the Jayhawks to the first national championship in 20 years. I will remember that day forever and to help me remember it...I snapped some photos. ENJOY!

DAY FULL OF FUN!

Today was a blast! Melanie and I went down to Lawrence to watch the JAYHAWKS national championship parade. After the parade we stopped by Dani and Shannons baby shower. I got a chance to take a couple of pictures there and catch up with some old friends.

Let the party begin!

GOOD FRIENDS...GOOD TIMES!!!

The lovely Zach and Beka stopped by today for a surprise visit so Melanie, Daris (sp), Zach, Beka, and Myself all went out for dinner. Cheesecake factory was WAYYYYY too busy so we settled for "Sunset Grill." The food was alright, but we had a blast. I snapped a couple of pics just for the memories (and to test out my new Canon 5D) and when I say a couple...I mean a couple ;)

Zachs nasty, overpriced schrimp...

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS??

Well, the game tonight will make me either a very happy man or a very sad man.  Anyone who knows my family and I knows that we put so much of our energy and heart into the Kansas basketball team.  If we win I will cry, if we lose I will cry.

GO KU!

EDIT: OMG! KU WINS THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!! AND YES! I CRIED!
